Julie Ostrand star
Julie Ostrand started "Beautiful Changes" because she is passionate about mentorship,
empowering women and business development.
She is from the US and moved to Cape Town in 2010.
Julie returned to the US recently, and the women run the wall stencil businss enteriely on their own!
They do such amazing work and Julie is so proud of them!
She continues to still be involved as a "business advisor" and helps with marketing.
